Working in concert with the developer, M2L Associates provided landscape design, tree preservation and water features that seamlessly integrated into the surrounding forest. Homesites encircled a central lake with a lighted fountain, running brook and waterfall, gazebo and other casual seating, boat launch, docks, play equipment, and a “seating amphitheater” overlooking the lake. The result is an exclusive community tucked into the trees and surrounded by nature while still convenient to award-winning schools, major freeways and employers, and commercial shopping districts.
