Park Laureate is a nine-story, boutique office complex situated in a premier Houston neighborhood at 10,000 Memorial Drive. Minutes from major business centers with convenient transportation access, the complex gained prominence when President George H.W. Bush established his office upon leaving the White House. With its tranquil, park-like setting among Memorial’s towering trees, winding bayous and rolling elevations, Park Laureate makes an elegant first impression for tenants and visitors alike.

M2L services included extensive landscaping across the grounds. A centerpiece lake and fountain anchor a circular driveway and adjacent parking garage with extensive azaleas, ornamental parking lot screens, native plantings and ornamental grasses throughout the property. The design style is understated and elegant to match the property and its premier location in one of Houston’s most desirable neighborhoods.
