Spring is a time of growth, especially for our team at M2L. We’re pleased to announce several promotions among our team in recognition of their hard work, dedication and continuing growth in our field.
- Kenny Jones, director of our Austin office, has been promoted to associate principal. He is a licensed landscape architect who finds inspiration in designing schools with outdoor learning elements to enhance and challenge young minds. “Now that I have young children, my work takes on a new significance,” he said. “Bringing innovation and creativity to create better playgrounds and learning spaces across our projects is more important to me than ever.”
- Mali Jimenez has been promoted to associate. Mali has been a certified licensed irrigation professional for more than a decade. She combines her irrigation experience with a passion for tree preservation to make a strong impact for a variety of projects. “I’m thrilled to be working on projects where I can continue to learn more about urban planning and tree preservation best practices, all while enhancing communities and neighborhoods with each project,” Mali said.
- Leti Garcia has been promoted to associate. Leti is drawn to parks and education projects because of their ability to enhance neighborhoods and support local families. “In my time here at the firm I’ve been fortunate to touch a number of our education, parks and rec, and trail projects,” she said. “Every day is different and filled with challenge.”
These well-deserved promotions represent each team member’s dedication to landscape architecture project excellence and best practices as well as the firm’s commitment to developing and growing talent and expertise within our ranks.
