M2L Associates is an established leader in our industry, a small firm with big capabilities that delivers time and time again for commercial, institutional and recreational clients of all sizes. Our successes include some of the most recognizable parks, landmarks and green spaces in the region, from Emancipation Park and the MacGregor Park Master Plan to the Main Street/METRO Light Rail Section 5 and Holocaust Museum Houston to more than 120 parks and recreational areas across Houston and beyond. We work hard for our clients, always seeking to transform their vision beyond their expectations, but we like to have fun, too. We understand much of our time is spent at M2L or in service of our clients, so we believe that time should be as pleasant and enjoyable as it is productive. Among our comprehensive benefits is one of our most popular policies, 9/80 scheduling, which gives employees every other Friday off.
